Cancellation Policy

Please read before placing your inquiry.

Because we use a personal courier-based delivery model, our cancellation window is limited. Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel.

The Cancellation Rule

At Divi's Cart, we understand that plans can change. We accept cancellations under one condition only: your order has not yet been packed/parcelled and handed to the courier for dispatch.

We ship all orders via trusted traditional courier services. Once the parcel is sealed, labelled, and dispatched, the item enters the courier network and is out of our hands. At that point, no cancellation is possible — for any reason.

This is why we strongly encourage you to ask all your questions before confirming your purchase. We are always happy to share additional photos, measurements, or details about the item.

Can Be Cancelled

  • Order confirmed but not yet packed
  • Within 2–4 hours of placing inquiry (contact us immediately)
  • Before we have sent a dispatch confirmation message

Cannot Be Cancelled

  • After the parcel has been packed and sealed
  • After dispatch confirmation has been shared with you
  • Once the courier has collected the parcel
  • After the item is in transit

Our Delivery Method

We use traditional courier partners for all deliveries. Once an order is handed to the courier, we lose the ability to intercept or redirect the parcel. Delivery timelines and exact courier partner will be shared with you at the time of dispatch confirmation.

Before You Confirm — Checklist

  • Request additional photos or a video of the item
  • Confirm the exact measurements and size
  • Ask about any specific wear, marks, or imperfections
  • Verify the colour matches your expectation from the listing photos
  • Make sure you are comfortable with the no-return policy on pre-loved items

What Happens After a Successful Cancellation?

If your cancellation request is received before the parcel is dispatched, your order will be cancelled and any advance payment made will be returned to you via the same payment method used. We aim to process all cancellation acknowledgements within 24 hours.
