All sales on Diva's Bucket are completely final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once you have confirmed and paid for an item, it cannot be returned regardless of the reason.

We do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed. Since all items are thrifted and sold at heavily discounted prices, refunds are not part of our model. We encourage you to ask all questions and request additional photos or videos before finalising your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges or replacements for any reason — including size issues, colour variations from photos, or personal preferences. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Once sold, it moves on to its new owner permanently.

Diva's Bucket operates exclusively with pre-loved, thrifted fashion. Every item is priced significantly below its original retail value to reflect its pre-owned nature. This pricing model is only sustainable when all sales are final. We curate and quality-check every item, but the inherent nature of second-hand clothing means slight imperfections may exist.
